It is our great pleasure to again invite all WASHINGTON BREED and SPECIALITY CLUBS to join us in public education, by hosting a Pure-bred Education Booth at the:
SEATTLE KENNEL CLUB SHOWS
Saturday, March 9th, 2013 and Sunday, March 10th, 2013
CENTURYLINK FIELD EXHIBITION CENTER, Royal Brougham & Occidental Street
ALL Pure-bred Education Breed Booths will be on the upper Mezzanine.
Access will be through the garage, parking is free on Friday only.
CASH PRIZES: for BEST BOOTH EACH DAY — BEST-DECORATES & BEST INFORMATION.
- First Place each day – $50.00, Rosette;
- Second Place each day – $25.00, Rosette;
- Seven Awards of Merit (AOMs) will be added this year
BOOTHS JUDGED ON: Over-all presentation, design, educational materials, handouts, informational referral, knowledge of breed history/origins, and club member’s ability to speak about their breed. Three judges will assess each booth sometime between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM each day.
DISPLAY SPACE: Each booth area is 10′ long by 8′ deep. One 8′x30″ table and two chairs are provided for each booth. ALL booth decorations must be fire retardant, or sprayed with fire retardant spray. An “ABC” fire extinguisher must be available at each booth. No nails, staples, or tape will be allowed on walls or drapes. Well-behaved dogs are encouraged to be at the booth. Club fundraisers are encouraged.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS: All electrical plug-ins must be RESERVED ahead of time. The cost for one or both days is $55.00 per booth, in addition to the $75.00 booth cost.
Booth Space must be RESERVED in ADVANCE. The reservations fee is $75.00 for ONE or BOTH days. Please fill out the form below, indicating which day(s) you will be in attendance & pay with a credit card or PayPal online. Booth spaces are limited, please reserve your booth in a timely manner.
